We offer rehearsal rates in our two dance/music rehearsal spaces. Our smaller studio is 517 sq ft and excellent for groups up to 8. Our main studio is 1800 sq ft and comes with rolling mirrors. Both studios have soundsystem/playback available.

The Industry Loft is a versatile production space located in Hollywood. Our studio features a west facing main room with excellent natural light. We are a ground floor facility with easy load in/out access. We also offer several smaller rooms that can be  used on their own or as add on to the main studio to accommodate larger production needs.

Our studios combined with the lobby and check-in area offer an excellent space for dance and music related auditions. We do not allow open calls.
