Small studio is great for private rehearsals, stage presence work and dance self tapes. Dimensions are: 17' x 12.5' (212.5 Sq.Ft.). Wood floor, mirrors and speaker. For acting self tapes please contact us before booking as other studios may be loud. This studio is not sound proof.
Cancellation Policy
Time: All load-in, load-out, and set-up occur within the booked time frame. Fees: The Licensee is liable for the full agreed upon fee, regardless of actual use time. No credit will be issued for time that the Licensee decides not to use. Smoking and Illegal Substances: Smoking and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited on studio premises.
